Ever since going gluten-free (GF) over a year ago, I've experimented with the different GF offerings out there. Some are down right nasty, others are a lot better than one would expect. The following is a list of my favorite GF packaged foods. I eat them regularly, and have even started giving some of them to my kids. They enjoy them, and it's easier than making 2 meals or 2 sets of cookies, etc. Here goes:
- Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins
- Udi's bread
- Pamela's pancake mix
- Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
- Snyders pretzels
- Mrs. Leepers Corn Rotelli
- Corn Chex
- Kinni Kritters animal cookies
I'm fairly new to being GF, so if you have any of your own favorites, please comment on them below! Thanks!

Whoa! I had no idea that BC had a chocolate chip cookie mix that was gluten free. With gluten free becoming increasingly popular I am really excited about this.
While in College I was a nanny for a great family, and all of the children had gluten sensitivities. They were always bummed out about having to skip out on traditional fare, but I love this option!
Thanks for the helpful tips. I must admit that I have tried a few GF products, and I quickly abandoned the idea. They were truly yucky.
